As for me I was under the weather too for a full week pretty solid and recuping (tired) last week - but now I'm back feelin like the Energizer Bunny! A couple nice 'sessions' in the shower and even a hike outside yesterday in a drizzle. Now we're goin back to friggin freezin! Ready for the warmer weather and SUN! What happened to that orange ball in the sky anyway????

Hey Kayne we're callin you out on that story! And while I'm at it I'll say I read about the 'cold' after 'hot' shower and there's a lot of good about it - so I started tryin it. 1st night ok made about 45 secs. cold and next night switched too sudden and very 'cold' and noticed I kinda jumped and my heart was racing fast, so am learnin as I go to 'slowly' move to 'cool' (not ice cold).
