The quantity was pretty amazing. We generally stock up on foodstuff for the following year over the November-December period when we have fewer guests or events and Tony has the time to make a load of sauces and mixes himself which can be frozen or stored (prices for bought stuff are cheaper then as well due to slow-down in demand) and then of course 2020 turned out to be a real bummer as far as business went and Tony only likes to keep stuff frozen for a limited time so it was a case of either throwing it away or using it for this particular day. All in all I worked out that we had used something like 100+ litres of stuff, more than enough to make the four of us very happy, messy guys by the time we had finished. Mind you we still had to dispose of it all at the end of the day, mainly by using copious amounts of water to wash it down the drains after cleaning ourselves. That was cold - I really must sort out a hot water supply to connect the hose to in future.
